Hole Inc. stated Tuesday it agreed to promote its Intermix designer clothes model to the non-public fairness agency Altamont Capital Companions, hoping to hone in on its 4 core manufacturers.
Altamont will purchase all the Intermix enterprise, together with its retailer leases and e-commerce operations. It operates 31 U.S. shops. Monetary phrases weren’t disclosed.
Hole acquired Intermix in 2012 for roughly $130 million in money. The enterprise represented rather less than 1% of Hole’s 2020 gross sales of $13.8 billion, a Hole spokeswoman stated.
